1. This site can be used only by company owners/ business owners.
2. You are accountable for any activity that occurs under your profile name.
3. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your log in and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Busicopy does not retain liability or responsibility for such use.
4. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other members of Busicopy
5. You may not use the busicopy.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. All users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ("Content") that you submit, post, and display on Busicopy.com.
7. You must not modify, adapt or hack into Busicopy.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Busicopy.com. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any other systems or networks connected to the Site by hacking or any other illegitimate means.
8. You must not create or submit unwanted messages to any Busicopy members ("Spam").
9. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code that could be an annoyance, harmful or destructive in nature.

 General Terms of Use

1. Busicopy ("Busicopy") reserves the right, in its discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. We reserve the right, in accordance with applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
3. We may, but have no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
4. We reserve the right to, at any time; reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
5. You agree to receive the Busicopy newsletter and updates. You can, at anytime, opt out of receiving the newsletter simply by replying to the "opt out" at the bottom of the email.
6. You agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire, complete and exclusive agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, or whether established by custom, practice, policy or precedent, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase certain other Busicopy services, third-party content or third party software.
7. We reserve the right to modify, supplement or replace the terms of the Agreement, effective upon posting at www.busicopy.com or notifying you otherwise. If you do not want to agree to changes to the Agreement, you can terminate the Agreement at any time per Section 7 (Termination).

Safety:
We are highly concerned about the safety of our site but it is difficult to guarantee it. In order to keep Busicopy safe, we’d need your help:
 

• You will not send or post unauthorized commercial communications (spam) on Busicopy.
• You will not collect users’ content or information or otherwise access Busicopy, using automated means (such as harvesting bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our permission
• You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing such as a pyramid scheme on Busicopy.
• You will not upload viruses or other malicious code
• You will not intimidate or harass any user.
• You will not post content that: is hateful, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
• You will not develop or operate a third-party application containing alcohol-related or other mature content (including advertisements) without appropriate age-based restrictions.
•  You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes ("promotion") on Busicopy without our prior written consent. If we consent, you take full responsibility for the promotion, and will follow our Promotions Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You will not use Busicopy to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
• You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Busicopy, such as a denial of service attack.
• You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

 
Proprietary Rights
